Cole Young is a 2024 MIF/RHP, OF with a 5-4 115 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Southwest Florida Christian Ac. Shorter frame with and athletic look and lots of room to grow. Athletic actions in the outfield and works through the ball well, easy transfer and release. On the infield he has quick feet and a confident approach through the ball. The glove works and has good transfer skills. Clear athletic actions on both. The right-handed hitter has excellent eye hand coordination and lots of on time contact. He gets on plane and works inside the ball well. A right-handed pitcher, he has a simple delivery that helps him repeat his release and throw consistent strikes. OTT release with some arm side run and the makings of a three pitch mix. Very good student.
