Cade Crews is a 2022 2B/SS with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Jensen Beach, FL who attends Jensen Beach. Recorded a 7.28 second sixty-yard dash time. Small, compact frame with room to add strength. Primary middle-infielder with fundamentally sound defensive skill set; shows ability to range laterally well to either side, working downhill effectively to field and get rid of the baseball quickly. Incorporates clean funnel out in front, quick transfer and ability to throw from multiple arm angles. Recorded arm strength up to 77 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a deep hand loading mechanism and leg lift trigger. Middle-of-the field approach, flatter swing path and feel for the barrel. Developing bat-to-ball skills that will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.
