Camdin Jansen is a 2022 SS/RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Mount Pleasant, WI who attends Lutheran. Recorded a 7.13 in the 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop moves well laterally with good angles on the ball from a three-quarter arm slot with a smooth exchange throwing 87 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with an even and balanced stance, a short leg lift trigger, and good hip rotation with a clean path to the ball. Jansen has a short and compact swing as he works the ball middle to pull side while developing backspin on the ball. Secondary right-handed pitcher has a full windup with a long side step into an up-tempo leg lift as he rides the backside well with good extension on the downhill plane. His fastball has arm side run and late sync topping 84 mph. Excellent student.
