Jeffrey Dengler is a 2021 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Lakewood Ranch, FL who attends IMG Academy. Recorded a 7.40 second 60-yard dash time. Good size with some strength present and room for more. Primary first baseman who stays low while fielding and moves his feet well. Accurate throws across with good footwork around the bag and throws up to 77 mph. Secondary lefthanded pitcher with a high leg lift over the belt and a high three-quarters arm slot. Hands separate with stride and showed good command of the zone. Curveball showed 2/7 shape. Lefthanded hitter with good balance, a spread open stance, and quick hands. Level swing plane and shows some heaviness to the barrel. Can impact the baseball and did so in game as well. Tremendous student.
