Logan Moss is a 2023 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Glenside, PA who attends Abington. Large, athletic build with some present strength throughout his frame. 5.31-second runner during the forty. Primary first baseman, fields out in front with solid actions around the bag. Smooth glove-to-hand transfer. Accurate throws to the bases, up to 74 mph with easy carry. Flashed some athleticism throughout defensive work. Secondary right-handed pitcher, simple operation that he repeats well. Short arm action from a high 3/4 slot. Displayed strong command of the zone with three-pitch repertoire working at a deliberate tempo. Worked in the low-70s, topping 74 mph with more left in the tank as he adds muscle. Curveball showed 11-5 shaped with vertical depth, landing it in the zone. Flashed feel for change-up that had late fading action. Switch hitter, sets up slightly open with a high back elbow. knee-to-knee load with line-drive impact to the middle-of-the-field when on time. Present quickness to his hands with some power potential. Excellent student.
