Adam Newbill is a 2023 C/OF with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from Dripping Springs, TX who attends Dripping Springs. Smaller young build with lots of time to grow and get stronger. Right handed hitter, loads to his back side well, tends to stay on his backside when starting his swing, short swing with tight hands, middle of the field line drive approach. 7.77 runner, young actions behind the plate, arm strength is developing, arm worked much better in the outfield when he was able to work through the ball and use his lower half throwing. Should continue to improve as he matures physically. Good student.
