Wyatt Wilharm is a 2022 RHP with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Benson, AZ who attends Benson. Long, athletic frame with some present strength to frame and remaining physical projection moving forward. Ran a 7.72 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, clean and on line arm action through the back side, worked on top of the ball to create nice downhill plane and pound the bottom part of the strike zone, can continue to incorporate additional lower half into drive to plate. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, showed short sinking life to it and worked around the zone well. Slider has tilting life and improved throughout outing, up to 72 mph and able to miss some bats with it. Clean glove actions in the infield, developing footwork in action, makes the plays with accuracy on throws across. Right-handed hitter, begins with a straight stance and a high hand set and back elbow; uses a high leg lift trigger for timing at the plate. Weight starts of front side pre-load, creates some separation and worked to the middle of the field. Gets rotational at times, shows balance and ability to lift at contact, projects with additional lower half incorporated. Excellent student.
