Lucas Harmon is a 2020 SS/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Preparatory School. Recorded a 7.19 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and athletic frame with lots of room to fill out and add strength. Primary shortstop who fields the ball out in front and works through the ball nicely. Good actions and instincts out in front with a full arm stroke. Transfer and hands are solid with arm strength recorded up to 82 mph across the diamond. Lefthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and downhill swing plane. Quick hands through contact with good present bat speed. Slightly open stance and the swing has some length through the hitting zone. Good student.
