Jakob Admon is a 2022 C/OF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Hidden Hills, CA who attends Thousand Oaks HS. Recorded a 7.63 second 60-yard dash time. Young frame with a very lean frame but length to limbs and room for physical projection. Primary catcher with a lower crouch and accurate throws to the correct side of the bag. Compact arm stroke with a bit of an elongated release. Arm plays and fundamental tools to build on. Secondary outfielder with a short arm stroke through the ball. Short, sure steps to the baseball with a tight release point and can improve throws with additional usage of the lower half. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set and high back elbow. Tight hands with a drifty load through the stride. Narrow base with consistent opposite field contact. Good student.
