Yail Nater is a 2024 OF/2B with a 5-10 156 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL, who attends Reborn Christian Academy. A taller frame with a lean build. Had some twitch. Ran a 6.64 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who has a quick first step with quick-twitch actions. He's aggressive to the ball and had good pace to his actions during his round. He had some whip to the arm slot. One-hop accuracy to the bag to home and throws to third in the air. Threw 89 mph with a real smooth release. Also worked out as an infielder who fielded the ball with two hands out front. Threw 85 mph across the diamond and had a higher slot on throws. Clean arm action, but the ball came out fine. Athletic mover overall with good hands working through the exchange. A right-handed hitter with a wider base, high-set hands, a high back elbow, and a short swing. He's compact with a simple and controlled approach. He turns over line drives to the pull-side with consistency during his BP round. Produced an 85 mph exit velocity. Great student. Named to 2023 Sunshine East TP List.
