Hutson Chance is a 2025 OF/3B with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from Brentwood, TN who attends Christ Presbyterian Academy. Big and strong well proportioned build. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance, aggressive hitter with very good raw bat speed and lots of barrel whip, front side can be very early at times and leave him mis-timed, can dominate a baseball when he stays closed and back, projects well as a hitter with repetitions. 7.16 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, comes to the ball aggressively and is athletic in his running and actions, full over the top arm stroke that gets on top of the ball well, makes on line accurate throws, can get into his strong lower half more throwing. Big offensive potential with some adjustments at the plate, has impressive physical tools. Good student, verbal commitment to Tennessee.
