Aditya Jain is a 2024 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Cupertino, CA who attends The Harker. Features a tall, high-waisted build with some strength present. Ran a 7.31 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Showed the ability to make the routine play. Still developing consistent glove actions through the catchpoint. Hands will get stiff at times. Arm strength played well across the diamond. Reached 76 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a wide base stance with a stiffer timing mechanism. Drives balls best when approach works through the opposite field. Developing fluidity throughout the swing would allow for barrels to be found more regularly. Right-handed pitcher. Throws exclusively out of the stretch. Stays under control well down the mound using tall and fall mechanics. Throws from a high 3/4 slot using a longer arm action. Fastball sat 72-76 mph. Pairs it with a curveball at 58-63 mph showing big downward action. Still developing the overall feel for the offering. Command of both offerings is still being refined. Excellent student.
