Kristian Crespo is a 2021 C/ with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Vega Baja, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Medium frame with an already filling out build showing strength in the lower half. Ran a 7.07 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, starting with a side-saddle and wide base. Feel showing with the glove as he received it before working into transfers on throw downs. Long take back as he made sure to generate carry on throws. Recorded a pop time of 1.96 seconds with accuracy to the bag. Feel for the position showing and will make great strides with fundamental clean-up's. Right-Handed Hitter, working with an open stance and high hands before showing a bigger leg lift to stride. Does a good job transferring weight into swing as he flashed an uphill swing path. Very loud contact when he found the barrel as he proved to have some juice in the bat, especially into the pull-side gap. Outstanding Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
