Avery Lambers is a 2026 C/RHP/2B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Muskegon, MI who attends Fruitport. Medium frame with a lean build. Ran a 7.81 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, one knee set up during drills. Receives the baseball well with good hands. Quick transfer and release while gaining ground. Throws on the bag with a pop time of 2.02 seconds. Fundamentally sound and projects here down the road. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, utilized the athleticism on the hill. Lifts to the belt before dropping and driving. Uses lower half well. Released from a three-quarter slot. Fastball up to 82 mph that he located well. Spin rates peaking just over 2000 rpm. 11-to-5 breaking ball in mid-60's with spin rates up to 2242 rpm. Good command of both proving to be confident to land either in any count. Secondary Infielder, efficient routes to the baseball before gathering deep at times. Scooped it up and transferred quickly. Throws up to 80 mph proving to have arm strength. Right-Handed Hitter, balanced to start working into a hanging leg lift to stride. Stays short to the baseball. Slightly lofted cut as he peppered the middle of the field. Table setter type approach with feel for the barrel. Great Student. Named to Indianapolis Indoor Top Prospect List.
