AJ Nance is a 2024 RHP/2B, 3B with a 5-5 185 lb. frame from Des Peres, MO who attends St. Louis Priory. Strong build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.22 seconds. Primary pitcher who worked out of the stretch and has a long arm stroke while throwing out of a 3/4 slot. His FB was 66-69 MPH and he was able to locate it well down in the zone. In the infield he showed smooth hands that worked to both sides of his body. Showed that he's capable of throwing from multiple slots. His throws across the diamond topped out at 69 MPH. Works out of a narrow stance at the plate and uses a toe lift trigger. Showed some pull side power and his bat path is conducive to producing line drives. Excellent student.
