Cole Davis is a 2026 C/RHP/MIF with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from Molino, FL who attends Pace. Slender young build with lots of growing ahead of him. Right handed hitter, hits with a tight hand start and narrow base, aggressive lower half move into contact, hands are low through his swing, handles the barrel well and gets it out front early, pull to mid field line drive contact, bat speed will continue to improve as he gets stronger. 8.24 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up low and compact, has good lower half fundamentals in his receiving and throwing, arm strength still developing behind the plate. Also plays the infield with some hand quickness and a quick release on his throws. Took a turn on the mound, slow paced delivery from the stretch, short open stride out front, rotational upper half delivery with a long arm action and extended low 3/4's arm slot. Fastball worked up to 64 mph good sink at the plate, did a nice job of throwing strikes and pitching to contact and getting ground balls.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
