Lucas Badalato is a 2025 3B/C/1B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Port Orange, FL who attends Spruce Creek. A taller frame with a physical build. Ran an 8.06 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman with longer actions, throwing from an over-the-top arm slot. Threw 76 mph across the infield. Also worked out as a catcher with a physical frame. Longer arm action getting over the top and keeping throws on line. Feet replaced well with a smooth exchange to work through the motion itself. A right-handed hitter with a big stride and a bat wrap in his load. Lets the ball travel and produces some loft in the swing. His best contact came pull-side with some strength and physical showing in the swing. Produced am 83 mph exit velocity. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
