Dominic Licata is a OF/RHP, 2025 with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Springfield, MO who attends Glendale. Tall, lean type frame with the potential for added physical strength. Recorded 7.39 60-yd time. Primary outfielder with sound fundamentals. Recorded 70 mph throw in outfield drills with accuracy. RH hitter with straight away stance. Line drive, contact type hitting approach, tries to hit to all fields. Has developing bat speed & raw stength in swing. As RH pitcher, has simple delivery, pitches from the 1B side of the rubber. Throws from the 3/4 arm slot, lacks good arm speed. FB has occasional arm side run & sinking action when down in the zone. Tries to locate FB to both sides of the plate, needs to continue to refine FB command. CB lacks consistent bite & depth, has occasional slight 3/4 slurve type action. Around the zone with all pitches, needs to continue to improve overall control & command. Young player that has the potential to continue to improve with proper development and added physical strength. Excellent student.
