Alphonsa Henderson is a 2023 OF/MIF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Pensacola, FL who attends West Florida of Advanced Technology. Medium to Large frame with an athletic build showing some fast twitch type muscle. Ran a 7.05 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, bounce in the step as he worked into the baseball with urgency. Clean gather to the side as he stays athletic through the gather and transfer. Whip to the arm present as he generated easy carry while throwing it 83 mph. Fundamentally sound and has the tool set to play all three outfield positions. Right-Handed Hitter, spread out a bit as he works into a low leg lift to stride. No wasted movements as he fires the hips and hands while staying linear through the zone. Proved he could spray it on a line to all fields our pull it for power. Recorded multiple hits in game. Good Student. Named to National Underclass Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
