Ryan Zimmer is a 2024 C/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Audubon, NJ who attends Audubon. Long limbed, projectable build with tons of strength remaining to be added throughout his frame. 7.48-second runner during the sixty. Primary catcher, starts from a knee popping out quick as he gains some ground to second. Compacted arm stroke, with present arm strength, up to 76 mph on his throws to second. Clean glove-to-hand exchange with a mid-line transfer. Recorded a best pop time of 2.01-seconds. Secondary right-handed pitcher, works from a full windup with some funk in his delivery to throw off a hitters timing. Whippy arm action, coming from a 3/4 slot. Worked up to 83 mph with his heater that showed some life through the zone. Change-up and slider both present themselves as quality out pitches, varying his release point at times. Refinement to mechanics needed but a solid arm with projection remaining. Right-handed hitter, sets up with a narrow, upright stance. Loose, levered stroke with a strong feel for the barrel as he peppered the gaps during BP. Generates tons of torque and bat speed, swinging with a lot of intent to do damage. Translated into game play well. Excellent student. Named to Northeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
