Jeremy Davis is a 2023 SS/2B, OF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Potomac, MD who attends Winston Churchill. Recorded a 7.29 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, compact build with some present lower half strength and athleticism. Primary infielder with smooth, fluid actions into and through the fielding process. Displayed solid range with clean funnel out in front and fairly quick transfers. Recorded arm strength up to 78 mph across the diamond with accuracy from multiple arm angles. Secondary outfielder with fundamentally sound footwork into the fielding process, while showing consistent ability to field the ball out in front and maintain momentum into release. Displayed quick transfers into a loose arm action that produced arm strength up to 77 mph in drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, upright stance with a slightly wrapped hand load and hover trigger for timing. Opposite field approach with elongated inside-out barrel path and developing bat-to-ball skills. High effort swing mechanics that will continue to improve with proper adjustments and additional strength.
