Watson Mexico is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 5-11 146 lb. frame from Baldwinville, MA who attends Oakmont Regional. Long lean frame, room to fill, ran a 7.28 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front, uses a good gather to maintain momentum into the throw, showed developing arm strength with accurate throws, Secondary LHP, starts his windup with a small side step to a belt high leg lift, not much bend in the lower half, falls out over front side, land slightly closed creating some deception, uses a full arm action to a three-quarters arm slot, fastball topped out at 72 mph with good command to the arm side, showed a tight slider with 10-4 shape and the ability to land for strikes. Lefthanded hitter, starts with a spread stance, swings with some intent, uses a middle of the field approach hitting the ball on a line.
