Sebastian Perez is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-4 180 lb. frame from Syosset, NY who attends The Stony Brook. Long and lean athletic build with tons of projection remaining, very young for a 2024 with lots of time to get stronger. 6.79 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, moves to the ball well, tends to field the ball deep and to the side, good footwork in his transition, arm works very well and he stays on top of the ball very well creating carry and accuracy. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with good balance, stays short and direct for his size and length, showed quick hands and good timing in the games. Also pitched, gets his hips turned well over the rubber, 3/4's arm slot, lands closed with his stride foot out front, tall and fall delivery mechanics. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with some running life, also threw a soft curveball. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
