Nathan Suncar is a 2021 OF/ with a 6-2 198 lb. frame from Hyde Park, MA who attends Brooke. Recorded a 7.13 second sixty-yard dash time. Larger framed primary outfielder with well-proportioned lower half strength and some present athleticism. Deliberate actions into the fielding process with longer strides and a fairly clean gather into a shuffle based crow hop. Shows some present arm strength from a a segmented over-the-top arm slot that was recorded up to 81 mph in drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a wide, slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and a medium height hover trigger. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics, steeper entry path and slightly elongated swing path to produce best impact to the pull-side. Developing feel for the barrel with the potential for power as he refines his swing mechanics. Ability to create leverage to the gaps when on time and in sync.
