Noah Jordan is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Cataula, GA who attends Harris County. Medium frame with a lean build and wiry strength. Projects for additional strength. Primary right handed pitcher with a simple rock step to medium leg lift delivery. Stays flexed on back side at gather and worked to the plate with drop and drive actions. Compact arm circle at take back and released from a high three-quarters arm slot. Lands in line with the plate and carries momentum well. Fastball generated solid downhill plane through the zone with slight run back to arm side in the mid to upper 70's, topped at 77 miles per hour. Curveball had 11/5 to near 12/6 shape with looser spin and solid depth when staying on top of offering at release. Tends to slow arm speed some with breaking ball offering. Displayed good feel for breaking ball with the ability to land for strikes in both positive and negative counts. Also worked out defensively from the outfielder showing deliberate footwork while closing to the baseball. Developing fluidity while working through pick up and exchange. Flashed some carry to the bag topping at 74 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a slightly crouched, even stance and simple front side trigger. Stays balanced and works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Loose hand path to baseball with a smooth, lifted barrel plane through extension. Primarily employed a mid field approach but flashed the ability to turn the barrel to contact and work to pull side as well. Good student.
