Kingston Jones is a 2028 SS/RHP with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Pope. Medium frame with slender build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.64 seconds. Hits from open stance with leg lift trigger, middle-field approach, tends to get too inside-out at times, swung it well in games with barrels pull-side and up the middle, projectable hitting tools. Worked out in the infield, presents glove well and does a good job moving laterally, solid arm strength with developing feel for throwing accurately. Also pitched, simple turn and fire delivery with compact arm stroke, fastball worked 76-79 mph, showed curveball with casted shape, flashed a change as well.
