Jack Landers is a 2024 2B/IF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Sandy Springs, GA who attends Woodberry Forest. He ran a 7.57 second sixty. A primary second baseman with a larger frame. On the infield he waits back on the ball showing a quicker transfer to the hand after receiving the ball then gathering with a shuffle into he throws with developing arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, stats with a wider base getting into his lower half well and showcasing the strength in his swing from the middle to pull side with a weight shift into contact as the barrel works with some loft and bat speed that plays well in the swing. Very good student. Named to the 2021 Southeast Prospect Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
