Evan Delaune is a 2021 OF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cy-Fair HS. Recorded a 7.20 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame and build with plenty of room and time for additional strength to be added. Primary outfielder with short, quick steps to the ball. Attacks the ball out in front and has an extended release. Some athleticism and twitch to the actions and made very accurate throws across. Good present foundational tools with arm strength that will continue to develop and increase with age. Lefthanded hitter with a very spread, open stance. Patient hitter with a lower hand set. High contact approach and will use the whole field to his advantage. Gets the barrel head out consistently and puts the ball in play to allow speed to take hold. Good student.
