Dalton Furst is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 6-0 162 lb. frame from Kutztown, PA who attends Kutztown Area. Medium frame with a lean build and length to project on. Ran a 7.37 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works solely from the stretch with a long arm action through a high three-quarters slot, commands the fastball to both sides of the plate up to 77 mph while mixing in a curveball with good depth. Also worked out in the outfield staying low to the ball, funnels it well to a long arm stroke with good strength on accurate throws to bags. Right-handed hitter, sets up with high hands and a low back elbow, uses a simple leg lift timing trigger, gets the lower half involved well with a good swing that will produce better results as strength is added. Good student.
