Reid Hornsby is a 2022 3B/RHP/OF with a 5-6 155 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Clear Lake. Compact build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, big load to his backside followed by an aggressive shift into contact, is well timed now and gets the barrel into the zone well, mid field to pull side contact, handled the barrel well in the games. 7.78 runner, shows the same type of aggressiveness to the ball on defense both in the outfield and infield, has a good glove with developing arm strength, may fit best at second base in the future. Also pitched, compact fast paced delivery, upper body delivery, strike thrower with a low 70's fastball. Excellent student.
