Jackson Ray is a 2022 RHP/UT with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Spanish Fort, AL who attends Spanish Fort. Taller and high waisted frame and lots of room to bulk. Ran a 7.32 in sixty yard dash. A primary pitcher, has fluidity in the delivery and shows athletic traits. clean break with a short and clean arm stroke while getting extension at release. Can change the shape of the breaking ball and flashed a change up to round out the three pitch mix. A secondary outfielder, stays behind and then works through the ball during his approach with good raw arm strength. A right-handed hitter, showed good bat speed from a relaxed spread stance. Has intent to the ball with a flat path and looks to extend with a middle approach. Very good student.
