Joshua Pagano is a 2025 SS/RHP, UT with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Florence, NJ who attends Florence Twp Mem. Really tall, lean and athletic frame with a lot of time to fill out further. Primary position IF, moving well on his feet with a feel for angles and plays. Presents glove early and works fingers through ball smoothly and securely. Longer actions with full arm action creating throws up to 76 mph. A bit methodical and needs to play a tick faster in game but the actions are there. Secondary RHP, working from the stretch only and from the 1B side of the rubber. Stationary hands at the chest with simple leg lift to belt, breaking into extra deep inline arm path working through high 3/4 arm angle. Leverages the ball downhill and repeats nicely. FB up to 79 mph with a chance to elevate spin profile. CB is a bigger shaped pitch with mostly vertical shape in the upper-60's. Plenty of projection here and could make jump soon. RHH using an upright even base and hover trigger leg lift for timing. Lets hands leak away from body a bit sometimes. Lofted stroke which will play even better down the line with added strength. Stayed though the middle of the field for the most part. Interesting two-way potential and is an elite student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
