Kyle Hughes is a 2022 C/RHP/1B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Conroe, TX who attends Caney Creek HS. Medium build with some strength for his age and more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a very spread stance with no lower body shift, long upper body swing, has some strength in his swing when he's extended and pulling the ball, would benefit from narrowing up and getting some lower half use, especially as he get stronger. Young actions and arm strength behind the plate, will learn to anticipate pitches and get his lower and upper halves in sync. Bat is his best tool at present. Good student.
