Reilly Kimbrough is a 2019 RHP with a 6-5 185 lb. frame from Vestavia, AL who attends Vestavia Hills HS. Tall and slender projectable pitcher's build, lots of room to fill out and get stronger, long arms and legs. Gets to his balance point well with some drop and drive mechanics, long and loose arm action with a 3/4's arm slot, occasionally rushes delivery, can make adjustments to stay taller and use his height and leverage more. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, has some arm side running action. Upper 60's curveball has good spin and good 11/5 shape at times, rare change up. Was poised and focused on the mound and pitched with maturity. Excellent student
