Jayce Townsley is a 2024 2B/3B, SS, OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Gulliver Schools. Medium frame. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.19 seconds. Primary infielder, was comfortable throwing from multiple ar slots. Has slow actions, made the plays but is still developing infield actions. Will continue to develop as he gets older. Was clocked up to 72 mph on throws across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield, lets the ball come, worked through it cleanly , displaying a short arm action with a quick transition. Was clocked up tp 77 mph on throws from the outfield, still working on the accuracy but had a good feel. At the plate, hits from an even base with a high back elbow and a simple stride. Displayed a fluid quick compact swing with good bat speed. Showed the ability to consistently drive the ball on a line to all fields. Good student.
