Amaan Jafery is a 2022 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Monroe, NJ who attends Rutgers Preparatory. Medium height with a slender frame and longer limbs that will add good strength. Ran a 8.57 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, takes god angles with balanced footwork and soft hands. Funnels deep to his body and showed good accuracy across the diamond. A left-handed hitter, starts even with his base and uses a leg lift trigger. Smooth and direct path and uses a middle of the field approach. Showed ability to time the ball out front. A secondary pitcher, used his fastball only with a full arm circle and high 3/4 release. Good student.
