Jaden DeLuca is a 2023 OF/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Phila, PA who attends Father Judge. Medium, compact frame with athletic look and some lean muscle throughout. Recorded a 7.08 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with energetic, athletic movements into and throughout the fielding process. Fields cleanly off his front foot, gathers fairly quick and maintains moment into release. Works into a slightly elongated arm action and recorded online, accurate throws up to 86 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a well-balanced, even base with a pre-set hand load, high back elbow and leg lift trigger. Incorporates a good weight shift into contact, holding his coil well to create plenty of torque as he starts the swing process. Compact, line drive stroke with feel for the barrel and some gap-to-gap power potential. Consistent bat-to-ball skills and repeats well. Simple approach with projectable components that well continue to develop. Excellent Student. Named to the 2022 Sunshine Northeast Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
