Jared Lopez is a 2024 SS/3B with a 6-3 168 lb. frame from Guanica, PR who attends Aurea Quiles Claudio. Larger frame with a lean build and room to add strength moving forward. Ran a 7.05 60-yard dash. Worked out as a shortstop with quick arm action across the field, making throws accurately. Got to the ball, made a clean pick, and fired it across the diamond. A right-handed hitter with a wide base, high-hands, and back elbow up. Showed off bat speed, using his long levers to his advantage. Short leg lift, gets the foot down, and drives through the zone. Projects to produce even louder contact with strength added in the frame. Made solid contact when he got extended and drove pitches away with his strength behind it. Very Good student.
