James Germosen is a 2023 C/2B with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Philadelphia, PA who attends Olney Charter. Medium and physically advanced frame with more room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.94 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, worked out behind the plate with flexibility to his actions, transfers cleanly and gains ground into his throw downs, will continue to gain quickness with reps, accurate throws and showed plenty of potential during his catching drills. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an even stance and a high hand set, takes a short stride into contact with an easy swing, looseness to his hands taking a longer path to contact, gets downhill with path at times, middle of the field approach.
