Caden Hunt is a 2023 OF/C with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Henderson, NV who attends Coronado. Recorded a 6.50 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and strong lower-half build. Reads the hops in the outfield with deliberate gather and short arm stroke on throws from a 3/4 arm slot release. Keeps the ball down on throws to the bases at 83 mph. Secondary catcher with even feet set and two hand gather to exchange on throws. Quick release from natural short arm stroke using his quick feet to get the ball out in a hurry at 74 mph around the bag. Left-handed hitter with an even base and crouched stance in the box. Stays through the middle of the field with line drive approach working gap-to-gap. Pull side impact with strength out front. Excellent student with a 4.1 GPA. Named to the National Uncommitted Showcase (2023 Grads) Top Prospect List.
