Cole Murth is a 2022 SS/IF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Oak Park, CA who attends Oak Park. Medium to large build with room to still fill out as he continues to develop. Primary infielder, fields out in front and shows off his overall athleticism as he moves into the hole as well as up the middle. Meticulous with his glove work. At the plate, uses a tall and even stance with a hanging leg lift trigger. Slightly lifted barrel plane through the zone with good hands that work direct to the ball. Higher finish, creates consistent backspin, middle to pull side approach. Great student in the classroom as well.
