Colby Reynolds is a 2024 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Lexington, SC who attends River Bluff. Medium frame with a stocky type build showing strength throughout. Ran a 7.50 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting down in his stance proving to be athletic in his actions. Quick release on throw downs and was accurate to the bag. Advanced catch and throw skills as he recorded a pop time of 1.95 seconds. Back picked a runner in games. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, staggered feet to start as he works into a side-step to a belt high lift. Drives down the hill and then releases from a three-quarter slot. Mixing up slots at times as he pounded the zone. Fastball up to 75 mph and mixed in a curveball showing vertical movements. Right-Handed Hitter, sitting down in his lower half with a even base. Shifts as he creates separation and the hands get high. Small heal lift trigger to stride. Linear path as he squared it up with thump when timed up properly. Outstanding Student. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
