Quinn Argetsinger is a 2023 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-2 220 lb. frame from Ballwin, MO who attends De Smet Jesuit. Recorded a 7.69 second sixty yard dash time. Big and physical frame with obvious strength present. Primary third baseman with decent feel for the glove and softness in the hands. Some stiffness to the actions at present, got into good fielding positions, displayed fundamentally sound footwork with developing quickness at present. Left-handed hitter with an open stance and a leg lift trigger, quiet operation overall. Has plenty of loft to the bat path with impressive bat speed. Showed a mainly pull side approach, got the barrel out front and squared the ball up to that side of the field consistently. Has substantial left-handed power with exciting power projection moving forward. His strength is evident in the swing and has lots of pieces to like at the plate. Excellent student. Named to the 2022 National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
