Mason Blackburn is a 2024 3B/RHP, OF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Mariner HS. Recorded an 8.06 second 60-yard dash time. Larger frame with a projectable build and room for strength. Primary third baseman with deliberate actions, bends at the waist, and a longer arm stroke. Arm strength currently developing but should improve given strength. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and deeper hand load. Spread, open stance with a longer stroke and can turn the ball over with strength at times. Best contact came to pull when the barrel head was extended out in front of the plate. Great student.
