Leo Mangiamele is a 2023 3B/IF/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Westfield, NJ who attends Westfield. Long and very projectable athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, has a big and aggressive move into contact, gets too wide at times and get off balance, swing is loose and extended with present bat speed, ball gets loud jump when he stays back and squares up the ball, hits with intent, gap to gap contact. 6.94 runner in the sixty. Works through the ball well in the outfield with quick feet and shows his athleticism, gets in good fielding position, throwing arm projects especially with a longer stride out front when throwing. Excellent student. Named to the Spring Atlantic Coast Top Prospect List.
