Dominick Cafferillo is a 2024 C//IF/OF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Charlottesville, VA who attends Charlottesville. Tall and slender build with lots of physical development ahead of him. Ran a 7.58 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher sets low with soft hands and gains ground to second base with good footwork and developing arm strength. Right handed hitter has an open stance with high hands, loads the backside well, gets good back spin on the ball, works a bog after gap, great hip rotation to contact, and has great barrel control. Taking balls in the outfield with a three-quarter arm slot and a good line to the bases with developing footwork. Excellent student. Named to the Coastal Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
