Aydin Prell is a 2025 3B with a 5-4 129 lb. frame from McLean, VA who attends Mclean. Young, square shouldered frame with some present strength to frame and additional room to grow and develop physically moving forward. Ran a 9.37 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, fields the ball out front with some bend at waist, takes longer strides moving to his right, full arm action through the back, remains tall at release and can incorporate additional lower half, arm strength will keep developing. Lefthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow; utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing. Stays short with swing through the zone, easy load and shifts weight, keeps hands inside the ball. Compact and direct to the ball, gets the barrel to it with some extension, contact oriented approach. Very good student.
