Holden Cohn is a 2027 C/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Short Hills, NJ who attends Millburn. Cohn works from a medium athletic build with additional room to fill out in the future as a '27 prospect. Exclusively from his primary spot behind the plate, he displayed a slight side saddle set with a repeatable compact arm action that produced throws on the bag. He released with intent and solid arm speed, getting out of the set quickly to post a 2.22 pop time. Arm strength should continue to develop nicely in the future. On the offensive end, the righty started from an even base flashing a simple direct stroke through the zone that generated line drive impact to both gaps. He controlled the barrel well with evident bat speed, posting an exit velo of 82 mph. Ran a 7.32 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
