Daniel Lee is a 2020 LHP/OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Mission Viejo, CA who attends Capistrano Valley. Ran a 7.40 second sixty-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher with a medium frame and build. Longer arm action with a slight hitch in the delivery. Creates some good downward tilt with a fastball that has late run and sink at 79-to-81 miles per hour, topping out at 83. Works almost exclusively to outer half with the fastball, mixes it well with a curveball that 2-to-7 shape at 71 miles per hour. Has good feel for a changeup at 74 that he uses well against right-handed hitters. Secondary outfielder that profiles more as a corner outfielder. Good momentum through the baseball, funnels off to the side and delivers accurate throws to bases. Some present arm strength from a three-quarters slot at 87 miles per hour. Spread and slightly open stance from the left side of the plate, with a heel up trigger and rotational lower half. Fluid hand path and a line drive barrel plane, consistently working to the middle of the field. Has a gap to gap approach, consistent line drives.
