Marc Rivera Perez is a 2020 LHP/ with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Ponce, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Medium and lean frame with room to fill throughout. Only pitched at the event, primary lefthanded pitcher, starts his delivery with a side step up to a belt high leg lift, takes his arm back to a compact arm action up to high ¾ arm slot, strides online to the plate while staying closed and having to work out over his front side with his upper half, best when uncoiling upper half on time and getting the arm to full extension at release. Fastball topped out at 77 mph, mixes in a curveball with sweeping action and 10-4 depth, changeup is best offering with deception and sink, pickoff move stands out. Great student.
